How do I cancel during the Brazzers free week so I'm not charged?
Locate the third-party billing company that processed your trial signup — it'll be Probiller, Epoch, or SegPay depending on which region and payment method you used. Your bank statement shows the processor's name with a phone number. Visit that processor's customer service portal, enter the email you used at signup, and the last four digits of the card. Cancellation processes immediately. Importantly, your trial access remains until the seventh day; you do not lose access at the moment of cancellation. If you don't see a confirmation email within ten minutes, check whether you signed up with a different email address than the one you're trying to cancel under.
